About Us
The Effect Coaching Group is a company established during 2006 in Norway. With offices in Norway, Germany and Dubai, our coaches and consultants serve clients all around the world primarily in Europe and the Middle-East. Our coaches are from different nationalities and come with different backgrounds, which complement the unique and broad skill-set Effect Coaching offers. Our coaches and facilitators are certified and experienced professionals in the areas of individual and systems coaching (relationships and teams) trained by recognized institutes in the world: The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), Center for Right Relationship (CRR) and The Leadership Circle with accreditation by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Coach, Trainer and Facilitator
Yasemin is a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) by the Coaches Training Institute and a Certified Relationship and Team Coach (ORSCC) by the Center for Right Relationship (CRR). Yasemin was born in Germany and grew up between two countries (Germany and Turkey). She has lived the last nine years in the UAE. She graduated from the Technical University of Berlin (TU Berlin) with a Masters degree in Business Administration. She has ten years experience in the field of marketing for multinational and local companies in Germany and in the Middle East on a managerial level. Her expertise in marketing covers a wide area such as Communication, Events and Customer Relationship Management. In 2006, Yasemin found her real passion in coaching and changed her career. Since then she has worked with many individuals on life changing experiences, provided support to couples to improve their relationships. Through her cultural background, Yasemin has the ability to combine the strengths of diverse worlds and apply it in her work by creating better understanding. She is dedicated to bringing more awareness into the world. Coach, Trainer and motivational Speaker Frank Alexander Schulz is a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) trained by the Caches Training Institute. Frank is also a Team coach and Facilitator. Frank was born in Norway and graduated from the Norwegian Marketing University with a degree in marketing-economics. After a successful start in 2000 of his career in sales with one of the largest telecommunication companies in Norway (Telenor), Frank Alexander continued his career with Kelkoo Norway in 2002. In this European internet based company, he was responsible for sales in Norway and was active developing business ideas and strategies for the company, which contributed to the achievement of a positive contribution after one year. Frank Alexander entered the world of entrepreneurship with his own company in 2004. He started his career in coaching in 2006 and founded Effect Coaching in the same year. Throughout this coaching carrier, Frank has worked with many high level executives and teams of leaders in international companies. Frank has a unique way to create motivation and enthuse people.
Consultant, Coach and Facilitator Mike Roberts is a Consultant and Certified Team Coach. He is a Facilitator specializing in leadership, strategy & business development, organizational change, executive and team coaching. He has a CTI coaching background with Coach/Facilitator certification in Executive Leadership and Team Diagnostic. He graduated BA (University of Cape Town) and MBA (IMD/Switzerland). He has over 10 years experience as an independent Management Consultant in various roles for profit and non-profit organizations. Prior to that he had over 30 years of multinational corporate experience in the healthcare sector as an International Marketing executive, CEO of national subsidiaries (Italy & Germany) and Regional VP with full P+L responsibility for subsidiaries, joint-ventures and distributors (EMEA & Australasia) with over $100 million annual sales. He currently serves on the Board of two companies. With his multi-cultural background and flair for entrepreneurship, Mike thrives on serving executives and teams to identify their challenges and opportunities by creatively empowering them to achieve sustainable stretch goals within a context of learning, fulfillment and fun. |
