The coaches of Effect Coaching Group are authorized and qualified facilitators of Team Diagnostic Assessment™, The Leadership Circle Assessment™ (360˚Evaluation) and MyersBriggs Type Indicator® which are powerful tools supporting the process of a Discovery. Using various methods and assessment tools our coaches identify and assess the respective strengths and challenges currently present in a team in the Discovery Day. After this assessment with the team or leaders of the company, the coaches of Effect Coaching co-design sessions to work with the Team based on the needs and measurable goals to be achieved. The team development sessions are experiential and action oriented. As a result organizations experience high performing teams due to increased positivity and higher productivity.

Leadership Trainings are workshops we facilitate to support the overall growth of leaders in the organization. The key outcomes of these trainings are enhanced leadership skills, awareness of impact to peers and subordinates, breaking free of limiting beliefs and higher emotional intelligence. One-on-one Executive Coaching sessions help achieving individual goals effectively and deepen the learning through self awareness.
