The Life coach uses a variation of skills such as active listening, powerful questioning, intuition etc. to reflect the current status of the client, to find out where the client wants to be and creatively invokes solutions from the client to reach their goal. The coach then supports the client to take action. Coaching is a non directive, non judgmental process, built on the idea that the client is naturally creative, whole and resourceful. Coaching is not fixing. Through coaching, clients experience an immense power emerging from taking back control over their lives. Clients find out what their values are and learn to live according to these values, which lead them to living a more fulfilled life. In this process clients become aware of self limiting beliefs, learn how to overcome fear and stay focused to their goals. A more balanced life is another outcome of Life Coaching, where every act is based on a conscious and resonant choice, the client fully aware of what he or she is saying yes to. Throughout, Life Coaching proves to be an instrument, which helps clients to experience every moment of life, the ups and the downs we permanently live. Through this clearing process, the client can direct his/her energy to moving forward faster consciously and intentionally.
